Black Bayou Water Assoc. is a customer owned non-profit rural water system. Since 1991, it has been our goal to provide safe and palatable drinking water to parts of the Mississippi Delta. We serve over 2,600 connections through five counties.

Rate Increase
Residential
Minimum - $40 includes 2,000 gallons
$9 per 1,000 gallons usage over the 2,000 gal minimum
Commercial
Minimum - $50 includes 2,000 gallons
$9 per 1,000 gallons usage over the 2,000 gal minimum
This Rate Increase will go into effect for June’s Water Usage
